I went to a scarecrow festival today. The scarecrows had set themselves up in peoples gardens. I hope they asked first. There were lots of people looking at them, but they didn't seem a bit shy.
Some of them were actually very brave. This one had just jumped out of an aeroplane, right up in the sky. He floated down to the ground underneath a big tablecloth. I'll have to try that. Mummy's bedroom window should be about right for a first go...
The scarecrows had also brought with a big piano-type thing in a truck, only it had drums attached as well, and lots of pipes. It played very nice music. I stood for ages listening and dancing.
